KTF Filter System Overview
The KTF Filter System is a mechanically self-cleaning filtration solution designed for both viscous and non-viscous liquids, including coating colors, size, starch, paints, inks, adhesives, pigments, and water. It utilizes slotted, sintered mesh, or perforated hole elements to achieve effective filtration.

Specifications
The system is constructed from EN 1.4404 / AISI 316L materials and is suitable for water-like liquids at 100 microns. The available models vary in connection size, capacity, micron options, and maximum pressure:

• KTF-04: 40 mm connection, 20 m3/h capacity, 15-1000 μ micron options, 40 bar max pressure
• KTF-09: 50/80 mm connection, 90 m3/h capacity, 15-1000 μ micron options, 10 bar max pressure
• KTF-16: 80/100 mm connection, 160 m3/h capacity, 15-1000 μ micron options, 10 bar max pressure
• KTF-32: 150 mm connection, 230 m3/h capacity, 15-1000 μ micron options, 10 bar max pressure

Operational Mechanism
The liquid enters the vessel from the top, passing through the screen from the inside to the outside towards the outlet. Dirt is collected at the bottom due to gravity and the cleaning mechanism's continuous action, which is periodically purged from the system. The system maintains a constant low differential pressure for optimal flow and continuous operation.

Design and Automation
The system features adjustable double packing and elastomers in various materials, with an optional water flush. It has a low-maintenance, easy-access twin cylinder design and can be automated with pneumatic or PLC systems for drive and purge, including ΔP measurement.
