Tubular Filter Elements Overview
Kapotek offers new and spare tubular filter elements compatible with Ronningen–Petter® / Eaton systems. These elements are available in single, Tri-Cluster, and Accuflux 28 configurations, made from materials such as wire mesh, fabric, sintered mesh, or slotted designs, with various retention options.
Model and Material Options
  • Fabric Element: Available in Dacron, PYL, or other materials. Specify retention and model.
  • Single 2236: Options include slotted, wire mesh, or sintered mesh. Specify media and retention.

Maintenance and Inspection Recommendations

From time to time it is recommended to inspect the condition of your filter elements. Make sure they are clean and offer the full open area. Only a clean element will guarantee a good run time between cleaning cycles. If needed, check the slot size with a feeler gauge and make sure it is what is needed to protect the process or process conditions. • Do you reach your flow needed? • Does the AP return after backwash to about 0,1 - 0,3 bar? • Is all open area still available? • Are the slots/holes possibly worn? • Check the element surface for possible wear cracks or tears • Call us for help, if needed!...
