From time to time it is recommended to inspect the condition of your filter elements. Make sure they are clean and offer the full open area. Only a clean element will guarantee a good run time between cleaning cycles. If needed, check the slot size with a feeler gauge and make sure it is what is needed to protect the process or process conditions. • Do you reach your flow needed? • Does the AP return after backwash to about 0,1 - 0,3 bar? • Is all open area still available? • Are the slots/holes possibly worn? • Check the element surface for possible wear cracks or tears • Call us for help,...
