Product catalog summary
Introduction
Kapotek provides wear parts for Ronningen–Petter® DCF, MCF, and CTF/KTF mechanically cleaned filter units. These include doctors, cleaning discs, and drive nuts, with a variety of material options to suit different filtering conditions.
Specifications
Drive nuts for DCF-2000 filter units are available in materials such as PE and POM, designed to withstand specific temperature ranges and wear conditions. Cleaning discs are offered in materials like Delrin, POM, PUR, PE, and PTFE, with special composite options available for custom specifications.
Inspection and Maintenance
Regular inspection of cleaning discs and drive nuts is recommended to ensure optimal filter performance. Key indicators of wear include increased differential pressure (dP), frequent filter plugging, and proximity switch failures. Worn drive nuts may not sit firmly on the drive shaft, and worn cleaning discs can be identified by gaps between the disc and the screen.
Recommendations
For excessive wear, Kapotek offers alternative material options. Customers are encouraged to contact Kapotek for rebuild and repair instructions or for assistance in selecting better material options to reduce wear.
