Permanent and electromagnetic chucks are designed for use in milling machines and machining centers, particularly for long-size rail type workpieces. They provide strong fixation and clamping, improving productivity by replacing conventional hydraulic and mechanical clamps.
- Enhanced gap attraction compared to conventional models, suitable for workpieces with poor parallelism requiring larger attractive force.
- Magnetic pole alignment can be customized according to the shape and length of the workpiece.
- Optional exclusive fixing blocks can be manufactured for specific workpiece shapes.
- Brass separators can be included in the same chuck design.
- EP-QZ8-15100A: Single type with a holding power of 750kgf and 300kgf, featuring a pole size of 75mm and 50mm respectively.
- EP-QZW-30100A: Double type with combined pole sizes, offering enhanced holding capabilities.
- Designed for improved release performance through specialized coil design reducing magnetization.
- Concentrated magnetism on the workpiece ensures strong holding force.
- Suitable for annealed or special steel with large residual magnetism.
- Electricity is required only during holding or releasing, reducing internal heat and saving power costs.

^PERMANENT ELECTROMAGNETIC CHUCKS POWERFUL TYPE Longer size rail is strongly attracted without jig. For use in milling machines, machining centers e.t.c. for long size rail type work, the work piece is strongly fixed and clamped at once. •Gap attraction is more excellent than such our conventional model of EP-QN/QS type. This chuck is most suitable for such work in which parallel is worse and needs larger attractive •Replacing conventional hydraulic , mechanical clamp, working time can be shorten and productivity improved. •The alignment of magnetic pole can be made in accordance with shape and length of work piece such as rail. Exclusive fixing block designed for a particular shape of work piece can be manufactured as •The same chuck but with brass separators can be manufactured.
