Overview
Kambič d.o.o. offers a range of temperature chambers designed for material temperature resistance testing, product testing, sample conditioning, calibration of data loggers and sensors, and accelerated aging and stress tests. These chambers provide superior temperature stability and controlled environments for metrology applications.
Product Range and Temperature Specifications
The temperature chambers operate within a range of +5 °C to +180 °C. Five models are available: TK-68 CK, TK-190 CK, TK-340 CK, TK-500 CK, and TK-1000 CK, with internal volumes ranging from approximately 68 liters to 1000 liters.
Construction and Features
- Extensive heat insulation on all chamber sides.
- Exterior made of galvanized and powder-coated aluminized steel.
- Two-level over-temperature protection: heating disabled at 5°C above set point and mechanical shut-off at 10°C above max temperature.
- 7-inch capacitive touch screen controller with user-friendly interface, advanced settings, Ethernet and USB ports.
- Internal air circulation fan with adjustable speed.
- Heavy-duty closing mechanism with key lock and full 4-side maintenance access.
- Swivel wheels with brakes for easy movement.
- Adjustable stainless steel wire shelves (1 included, max varies by model).
- Access port (Ø 50 mm) on the left side with plugs.
- Full door heated observation window with LED illumination.
- Double soft profile silicone door seal for airtightness.
- Fully stainless-steel interior chamber.
Controller and Software
The controller features a 7-inch capacitive touch screen with advanced functions including program setup, real-time data display, graphing, full process history, and remote control capabilities via KK-Tool PC software (included free with each unit). Communication interfaces include USB and Ethernet.
