Standard Configuration: The machine comes equipped with features such as rigid tapping, RS-232 port, automatic power off, lubrication, tool cylinder, air valve, coolant system, 3-axis way cover, work light, three-color warning light, heat exchanger for electric cabinet, full guarding, leveling pads and bolts, tool kit, and operation manual.
Optional Configuration: Options include a faster spindle motor (24,000 rpm), coolant through spindle (70 bar/1,000 psi), ATC with 32 tools, chip conveyor, tool and workpiece measurement, and a 4th axis.
Specifications: The TCR 510 and TCR 510B models have a 20” X-travel. Axis travel for X/Y/Z is 510/406/303 mm (20/16/12”). The spindle-table distance ranges from 170–500 mm (7–19.7”), and the spindle-column distance is 460 mm (18”). The table dimensions are 650x400 mm (25.6x15.7”), with a maximum table load of 300 kg (660 lbs).
