The unit consists of a servo motor and precision gear mounted on a robust mounting plate together with a programmable servo controller. The gear axle is mounted with a mounting disc ready for installation of a turntable, but the unit can also be supplied including turntable. TurnMaster is supplied with software for easy programming of the turntable motion. Once the servo controller has been programmed as required using a PC, all control can be accomplished from a PLC. TurnMaster is available in 3 versions for various loads, each model with or without a turntable. TurnMaster software can set-up the system in less than 2 minutes.
