DATA SHEET HARD SILICONE Silicone has high transparency, versatility and excellent behavior in various physical and chemical media, and can be transformed into multiple production processes such as injection, compression molding, extrusion, autoclaving, casting, etc. Silicone rubbers have excellent behavior and stability from -60ºC to + 200ºC, and our THT silicones can work up to + 300ºC in dry heat. GENERAL PROPERTIES • High resistance to high and low temperature. • Longest-lived of all rubbers. • Good thermal and electrical insulator. • Resistant to weathering, UV and gamma rays. • Does not develop bacteriological growth. • Flexible, elastic and compressible material. • Standardized to be in contact with food (FDA, NSF ...) TECHNICAL DATA: * All our hardnesses are available in THT grade (+ 300ºC) DENSITY (g/cm³) HARDNESS Shore A N. FIREPROOF SHEETS N. FIREPROOF PROFILES APLICATIONS The applications of this elastomer include many industrial sectors, such as luminaire seals, for smoke extraction ducts, for the railway and automotive sectors, and it also has great applications in the food sector. But its main application is dedicated to the pharmaceutical sector tha
