The Baufix 100 underfloor sump by Jung Pumpen is designed for effective sewage water disposal from appliances like washing machines, wash basins, showers, or kitchen sinks, especially in basements below the back-pressure level. It is a pressure-resistant PE sump that can be installed without formwork into a concrete bed, serving as a collecting tank for underfloor pipework.
The Baufix 100 allows for meaningful use of basements, transforming them into modern laundry rooms. It is suitable for installation in areas with high groundwater levels, thanks to an optional groundwater seal. The sump is designed to accommodate various pumps, such as the U3KS, U5KS, and U6KS ES/DS, which can be easily maintained using the guide rail system GR 32.
The sump is pressure-resistant and can be installed in high groundwater areas. It includes a seal collar for attachment to the customer's thin-bed waterproofing system. The Baufix 100 is identified by material number JP47214.
