Contaminants in Compressed Air Systems:

Atmospheric air used in systems is often contaminated with dirt, water vapor, and bacteria.
Additional contaminants include acidic oil, wear particles, and corrosion particles.
These contaminants can cause costly air leaks, increased maintenance costs, and polluted air exposure.

Filtration Process:

Air enters the filter and passes through the 0.01 µm filter, where solid particles and liquids coalesce and are discharged via an automatic drain.
The activated carbon filter removes gaseous contaminants like oil vapor and odors.
After two-stage filtration, the air is ready for use.
