Wood-Plastic Composites by TEX - 1

The Japan Steel Works, Ltd. Plastics Machinery Business Division Wood-Plastic Composites by TEX Wood-plastic composites (WPCs) are environmentally friendly and durable material which produced from used plastics and wood wastes. WPCs can also be recycled easily in new WPCs therefore they are mandatory factor for sustainable circular economy. TEX provides excellent mixing of WPCs with its deep groove high speed and high torque screw. ③ Pyroligneous acid devolatilize Degassing of pyroligneous acid is necessary to prevent ① Wood flour convey Degassing is important factor to prevent insufficient feeding of wood flour. JSW can offer most efficient screw design in order to achieve both degassing and conveyance of wood flour. For wood flour with large bulk density, DGC helps to increase processing rate. void in pellets and pungent odor. Multistaged degassing vent helps to remove the gas efficiently. ④ Pelletize Hot cutting system is used for pelletizing of WPCs. JSW can offer multiple pelletizing system which most suit for customer's purpose. ② Wood flour disperse Lower temperature is important for WPCs mixing as Wood-plastic composites application wood is easily burn out. High temperature also prevents even dispersion of polymer and wood TEX can extend the function to cover extrusion of particles. TEX can apply high torque on the material wet wood flour in addition to dry wood flour. JSW with low screw rotation speed by applying higher laboratory center is available for trial production of shear rate. customer's challenges.
