Plastics Machinery Business Division Twin screw side feeder "TSF-E" Series Hopper Gearbox Outline The stable supply of fillers and additives to the Twin screw extruder is important in obtaining high-quality products in the compounding field. The accuracy is also required for the subpolymer feeding in the Side feed barrel polymer blending field. As a solution, JSW offers Twin-screw Side Feeder "TSF-E" series which has improved screw speed and compactness than the conventional model "TSF". Feature Type The direct connection between motor and gearbox realize compactness and easy maintenance. The material of screw and barrel are abrasion resident as its standard specification. The higher resistant material is also available as option (for GF & Filler). Integrated screw is adopted to the "TSF-E" series. It enable quick disassembly and cleaning. Adopting co-rotating twin screw, it has self-cleaning function as the conventional model. Japan Steel Works, Ltd.
