Water-injection A water-injection foaming devolatilizing method significantly reduces amount of VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) in the polymer till a few ppm. The mechanism includes steps of: melting and kneading a polymer in a waterinjection dispersing zone; injecting and dispersing water into the polymer melt; and vaporizing volatile components together with water, so that the volatile components are removed and discharged through the vent port.
