Plastics Machinery Business Division TEX applications for cosmetics and personal care products Outline Twin screw extruder enables continuous production of cosmetic and personal care materials in semi-solid or emulsionform. TEX application process is composed of hopper for feed material with UV absorber additive, injection pump for oil agent and high speed mixing screw to disperse micro oil particles uniformly into the base material.
