The non-woven fabric is produced from ultra-high melt flow pellets which require highly skilled and experienced operation technique. JSW introduces technical review of the Ultra-high melt flow polypropylene grade (MFR=1600) pelletization by the UWC system at Extrusion Technical Center. JSW continues to develop the pelletizing technology to scale-up to a production model. | Die Plate features for Ultra-high melt flow pelletization 1) One by one insulation heat channel die plate is installed to encourage even heating on die nozzles and to prevent die nozzles freeze by effectively prevents PCW water cooling influence. 2) Longer die nozzles are designed to sustain high polymer pressure till cutting surface to make easier pelletization.
