Overview
The VÖGELE SUPER 2100-2 is a high-performance tracked paver designed for large-scale projects such as motorways and airports. It offers a maximum pave width of 13 meters and a laydown rate of up to 1,100 tonnes per hour, powered by a 182kW DEUTZ engine and featuring the ErgoPlus® operating system for ease of use.

Drive Concept
The paver features a high-output engine with low noise and emissions, complying with COM 3a and EPA 3 standards. It includes an ECO Mode for reduced noise and fuel consumption, ensuring precise control and efficient power distribution to hydraulic systems.

Material Handling
The SUPER 2100-2 has a 14-tonne material hopper with easy feeding due to its low hopper design. It supports high laydown rates with large auger blades and proportional control for conveyors, ensuring optimal mix flow and preventing segregation.

Maintenance
Designed for easy servicing, the paver includes large hinged panels for access to service points, a centralized lubrication system, and a clear arrangement of hydraulic components for efficient maintenance.

ErgoPlus® Operating System
The ErgoPlus® system focuses on operator comfort and intuitive control, featuring modular consoles, automated grade and slope control with NIVELTRONIC Plus®, and a logical arrangement of controls for efficient operation.

Operator Comfort and Protection
The operator stand features a modern hardtop made of glass fibre reinforced polymer, providing weather protection. It includes a manually operated hydraulic pump for easy adjustment and integrated working lights. The console is adjustable for personal comfort and protected by a shatter-proof cover.

Working Comfort and Visibility
The operator stand offers an unobstructed view of crucial areas, enhancing monitoring of paving processes. Seats can swing out for better visibility, and the console is adjustable for ergonomic optimization.

Screed Options and Performance
The paver is equipped for large pave widths and high compaction results, offering various screed options including the SB 250 Fixed-Width Screed and the AB 500-2 and AB 600-2 Extending Screeds for adaptable paving widths.

Technical Specifications
Powered by a 6-cylinder DEUTZ diesel engine with a nominal output of 182kW, the paver features a 450-litre fuel tank and a 24V electrical system. The undercarriage includes crawler tracks with rubber pads and a hydraulic traction drive.
