The knife edge enables a narrow nose-to-nose transfer between belt systems. This conveyor comes with an acetal belt with a pitch of only 8 mm. The small pitch reduces the potentially damaging polygon effect to a minimum. The belt design enables a smooth and tight transfer, improved tracking, and product stability while allowing a minimum gap between conveyors. This design prevents damage and loss when delicate and/or small footprint products are transferred between conveyor systems.
