Product catalog summary
Design Features:
  • No shaft seal, ensuring no leaks or wear.
  • High chemical resistance with no metal contact with liquids.
  • Compact design and easy maintenance.
  • Standard electric motors (IEC) are used.
Operating Principle:

The drive magnet transfers torque to the impeller magnet, allowing the impeller to rotate around a ceramic shaft without physical contact between the drive shaft and pump body.

Materials:
  • Non-metallic wetted parts.
  • Pump body and magnetic housing made from PP (Fiberglass reinforced Polypropylene) or PVDF (Carbon Filled Polyvinylidene Fluoride).
  • Impeller magnets encapsulated in plastic for chemical resistance.
  • Ceramic shaft end and thrust washers, Rulon® impeller bearings, and Viton® O-ring for chemical resistance.
Specifications:
  • Maximum density for impellers: -1V = 1.2 kg/dm³, -1VD = 1.8 kg/dm³.
  • Maximum temperature: PP = +85°C, PVDF = +100°C.
Applications:

Suitable for surface treatment, water purification, photo development, battery production, paper industry, CIP, and soap production.

Dimensions and Weights:

Detailed dimensions and weights are provided for various models, with specifications based on water at 20°C, 50 Hz, 2800 rpm.

Motors:

Three-phase standard foot-mounted motors with small IEC-flanges are used. Single-phase motors are available for smaller models (MDR45 and MDR75).
