Product catalog summary

Overview: The CombiMag and CombiMagBloc are magnetic drive centrifugal pumps designed for safe and leak-proof operation, ideal for handling corrosive, toxic, aggressive, or expensive liquids. These pumps eliminate the need for mechanical seals, reducing wear and leakage, thus enhancing safety and environmental friendliness in chemical and process plant environments.

Specifications: Both pump models comply with ISO 5199, ISO2558 / EN 22858 standards. The CombiMag features a frame-mounted long-coupled design with a capacity of up to 500 m³/h and a head of up to 160 m. The CombiMagBloc has a close-coupled design with a capacity of up to 280 m³/h and a head of up to 140 m. Both models can handle system pressures up to 2500 kPa (25 bar) and temperatures ranging from -50 °C to 300 °C (CombiMag) or 200 °C (CombiMagBloc).

Materials and Components: The pumps use Samarium Cobalt (SmCo) magnets, Silicon Carbide (SiC) plain bearings, and a "Hastelloy C4®" can. The inner rotor is made from Duplex or "Hastelloy C4®". Available materials include Stainless Steel, Nodular Cast Iron, Cast Iron, Duplex, Alloy 20, and Hastelloy C®.

Applications: Suitable for solvents, acids, alkalis, volatile organic chemicals, hydrocarbons, hot process liquids, heat transfer oils, toxic and corrosive liquids, and heating water. They serve industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, petrochemical, water treatment, metal processing, recycling, refrigeration, heating, and tank storage.

Advantages: The pumps offer zero leakage, easy maintenance, high parts compatibility, short delivery times, and total product containment. They feature a contained back-pull-out design for maintenance without draining the pump or depressurizing the system.

Combi Concept: The design allows for easy upgrading from mechanically sealed pumps to hermetically sealed magnetic drive pumps. The back-pull-out units are interchangeable with CombiChem, CombiNorm, and CombiPro models. The pumps are ATEX certified and offer extended mean time between failures (MTBF) and reduced repair costs.

Performance Curves: The document includes performance curves for both CM and CMB types at 3000 rpm and 1500 rpm.
