Principle Secure one end of the tube firmly in the fixture. Adjust the specified span load for the test tube in accordance with the standard, and select the appropriate bending angle: 25° for normal-walled tubes, 20° for thin-walled tubes, and 15° for ultra-thin-walled and extremely thin-walled tubes. Apply a sufficiently large force at the specified span position, and apply the force in both directions 20 times at a frequency of 0.5 Hz. Visually inspect the tube for signs of fracture.
