General Description SI013V is a miniature metal oxide semiconductor gas sensor based on ME MS micro hotplate technology for detection of organic volatile compounds (VOCs) in air. Sensor production combined with silicon substrate ME MS technology, thin film technology, thick film technology, ceramic packaging technology.
