  • M2002 CO+CH4 Gas Sensor Module: Detects both CO and CH4 gases.
  • MD202 and MD201 Laser Dust Sensors: Designed for dust detection.
Precautions and Recommendations
To ensure sensor longevity and performance, the document advises:
  • Avoiding exposure to volatile silicon compounds, corrosive environments, and water.
  • Preventing pollution by alkali, alkali metal salts, and halogens.
  • Ensuring correct voltage application and avoiding freezing conditions.
  • Proper storage to prevent performance deterioration.
  • Preheating sensors after long-term storage before use.
Vibration and Shock
The document warns that vibrations from pneumatic screwdrivers or ultrasonic welding during transportation and assembly can cause the sensor's internal leads to resonate and break. Strong impacts or falls can also result in lead wire breakage.
Conditions of Use
Ideal conditions for manual welding include using rosin flux with minimal chlorine, a constant temperature soldering iron at 250℃, and a welding time of no more than 3 seconds. For surface mount technology (SMT), it suggests using low-temperature lead-free solder paste and provides a furnace curve for reference.
Anti-static Measures
Anti-static bag packaging is recommended to prevent degradation of sensor characteristics.

1.1 Exposure to volatile silicon compound vapor The sensor should avoid exposure to silicone adhesive, hair spray, silicone rubber, putty or other places where volatile silicon compounds exist. If silicon compound vapor is adsorbed on the surface of the sensor, the sensor’s sensitive materials will be wrapped in silicon dioxide formed by the decomposition of silicon compounds, which inhibits the sensitivity of the sensor and is irreversible. 1.2 Highly corrosive environment The sensor is exposed to high-concentration corrosive gases (such as H 2 S, SO X, Cl 2, HCl, etc.), which will not only...

2.5 Vibration Frequent and excessive vibration will cause the internal leads of the sensor to resonate and break. The use of pneumatic screwdrivers/ultrasonic welding during transportation and assembly lines can generate such vibrations. 2.6 Shock If the sensor receives a strong impact or falls, its lead wire will break. 2.7 Conditions of use: 2.7.1 Manual welding is the most ideal welding method for the sensor. The recommended welding conditions are as follows: Flux: Rosin flux with the least chlorine Constant temperature soldering iron Temperature: 250℃ Time: no more than 3 seconds 2.7.2 The...
