This document provides instructions on how to use a rotary device with a laser CNC machine from Jinan Jinqiang Laser CNC Equipment Co., Ltd.
- Locate the Y-axis motor wire on the CNC machine.
- Disconnect the Y-axis motor wire.
- Connect the rotary device wire to the position where the Y-axis motor wire was removed.
- If there is a discrepancy between actual and set data, access the "powercut" setup.
- Navigate to "System Para" and enter the password: 123456.
- Set a "line" in the software and perform a test cut on the object with low output power.
- Measure the actual length of the cut.
- Use the formula: Y axis "Move" = actual length / set length to calculate the necessary adjustment.
- Enter the calculated "Move" value in the Y axis Move parameter and save the changes.
- Ensure not to alter the diameter and pulse settings.
- After saving the Y move parameter, close and reopen the software.
- Press the "download" button to download CFG and current settings.
- Begin using the rotary device for operations.
