- Optical System: Focal length of 400mm, wavelength range of 130nm-800nm, high-resolution CCD multi-detectors, and automatic vacuum control within 6-20 pa.
- Spark Source: Digital arc and spark source with a frequency of 100-1000Hz, discharge current of 1-400A, and ignition voltage over 15000V.
- Processor: High-speed data synchronization for acquisition and processing.
- Spark Stand: Features tungsten electrode technology, thermal deformation self-compensation, and minimal argon consumption.
- Measurable Elements: Includes Fe, Al, Cu, Ni, Ti, Co, Zn, Sn, Mg, Pb, among others.
