The system utilizes compound-material solid damping for effective vibration isolation, ensuring stable and reliable structures with minimal maintenance and adjustment requirements.
- Breadboard: Features a high-density honeycomb core structure with surface roughness between 0.8-1.6μm and flatness/unevenness of 0.02-0.05mm/㎡. It has an inherent frequency of 6-8Hz and amplitude less than 2μm. The breadboard includes M6 tapped holes on a 25mm grid, with hole-to-edge distances of 12.5mm or 37.5mm. The top skin is 5mm thick, and the bottom skin is 4mm, both made of stainless steel.
- Isolators: The support system uses compound solid vibration damping material, requiring no maintenance or adjustment. Standard height is 800mm, with vertical isolation at 5Hz achieving 76% and horizontal isolation at 5Hz achieving 82%. Vertical isolation at resonance is 6-8Hz, and at 10Hz it is 86%. Horizontal isolation at resonance is 8-10Hz.
Suitable for experiments conducted in environments with good vibration control and general optical applications.
The optical tables are available in various sizes, all featuring 4 isolators and M6 tapped holes on a 25mm grid. Sizes range from 600x600x800mm to 3000x1500x800mm. Customized dimensions are available upon request.
