Temperature Sensitivity: Scale factor temperature sensitivity is 100 PPM/°C max, and bias temperature sensitivity is 100 micro g/° max.
Frequency and Bandwidth: Minimum natural frequency is 30 Hz, with a bandwidth of at least 30 Hz.
Resolution: Maximum resolution and threshold are 10 micro g.

Electrical Specifications: The device operates with an input voltage of ±12 to ±18 VDC, a nominal input current of ±45 mA, and an output impedance of 100 ohms. Maximum noise is 0.002 Vrms.
