Description
The Jetline automatic seam welders are based on standard products with enhancements for loading, aligning, clamping, and welding. Primarily designed for cylinders, they can also handle other regular shapes. Features include a larger diameter mandrel and optional mandrel latch for smaller parts.

Benefits
The operation is largely automatic, requiring minimal skill. The 9500 microprocessor controller manages the welding cycle, storing up to 25 procedures, with options for unlimited storage via a host computer. The system allows rapid changeover between part sizes, supporting just-in-time manufacturing.

Sequence of Operation
The operation sequence includes part alignment, clamping, welding, and unloading, all controlled automatically to ensure high accuracy and consistency. The process is designed for efficiency, allowing operators to manage multiple machines simultaneously.
