IP60-100 WATERJET INTENSIFIER PUMP
- Low-Pressure Water/Intensification Water: Pretreated water with <100 TDS, pH 6-8, Silica <15PPM. Supply requirements are 4.0 gpm at 20 psi (1.4 bar) minimum, with a maximum temperature of 75°F (24°C). Filtration levels are 10, 1, and 0.45 Micron.
- Coolant Water: Maximum temperature of 70°F (21°C) with a minimum flow of 10.0 gpm at 30 psi (2.1 bar). Capable of removing 97,000 BTU’s/hour using a brazed plate heat exchanger.
- Hydraulics: Reservoir capacity of 60 gallons (230 liters) with 10 Micron filtration and bladder type accumulators.
- Environmental Conditions: Ambient room temperature between 50°-100°F (10°-37°C) and non-condensing relative humidity up to 95% at 100°F.
- Features heavy gauge sheet metal covers, a rugged all-steel welded framework, hinged cover, and removable access panels for easy inspection and maintenance. Includes an integral hydraulic reservoir and optional sound insulation package. Electrical enclosure is NEMA 12/13 rated.
- Includes a high-efficiency TEFC motor with nominal speeds of 1,500 or 1,800 rpm, Wye-Delta soft start with disconnect, and a programmable logic controller (PLC) for operation and diagnostics. Features electronically shifted intensifiers, safety shutdown systems, automatic safety pressure bleed-down valve, axial piston variable displacement pressure-compensated hydraulic pump, thermostatically controlled cooling system, 0.5 gallon (1.9 liter) high pressure attenuator, in-line UHP water filter to 5 Micron, UHP safety shielded tubing, and liquid-filled pressure gauges.

- Single piston, dual plunger, reciprocating type with two intensifiers. Operating pressure is 55,000 psi (3800 bar) with an intensification ratio of 20:1 (19:1 at 50Hz). Flow rate is 2.0 gpm (7.6 lpm) with a maximum rated orifice size of 0.021 in (0.53 mm).
