Check the resistance marked on the cold end and group the elements by equivalent values. The deviation within each group must be less than 0,1 Ω. Dry out new furnaces or furnaces that have been out of service. During drying, preferably use previously used elements or another heat source. The element must be able to rotate freely through 360° inside the furnace opening. Avoid forced installation and impacts. Do not overload the elements. If uneven heating occurs, stop the furnace and inspect the assembly. Avoid mixing new and used elements in the same group. Use voltage regulation or electronic...
