General Description JBT evaporators are specifically designed to obtain high quality tomato and fruit paste. As a matter of fact, the low temperature profile of all the machines is the key factor in maintaining the organoleptic properties. JBT utilizes one series of multiple effect evaporators for tomato concentrate with upward forced flow recirculation in vertical tube in shell heater in all effects.
