Purpose The JBT Pulper/Finisher reduces tomatoes, fruits and vegetables to a semi-liquid or liquid state, eliminates pits from stoned fruit pulp, separates seeds, skins and extraneous particulate material from pureed pulp and reduces the size of pre-heated pureed vegetables used in baby food. Alternative uses include mixing and blending ingredients during the finishing operation.
