JBT FTNON Knocker Conveyor The JBT FTNON knocker conveyor is specially designed to remove small particles out of the ‘dry' stage of the processing line. The conveyor removes fines, like insects and sand, by means of belt knockers underneath the perforated belt. The dirt particles fall through the belt and are collected in SS trays. The knocker conveyor is made of a special modular belt with large openings. The belt is “shaken” by the knockers. JBT FTNON Knocker Conveyor A SS 304 control box is mounted on the frame of the knocker conveyor. The control box is executed with: • Frequency controller for belt speed, adjustable by potentio meter • Frequency controller for knockers, adjustable by potentiometer • Connecting switch for air knife • Emergency stop on front side of control box Modular belt, KVP straight 1" pitch ½" x 1" flat wire, acetal blue.
