THERMOSILHEAT offre une gamme étendue de conductivités thermiques, du produit standard 1,2W/m.K à la série haute performance 14W/m.K et en épaisseurs comprises entre 0,13mm et 5mm. Ces thermo-conducteurs sont disponibles sous forme de Graisse, Pad isolé, Gap Filler isolé, Gap Filler à haute performance thermique et en Changement de Phase. Avec une viscosité changeant rapidement entre 50°C et 60°C, THERMOSILHEAT Changement de Phase est particulièrement efficace en épaisseurs très fines (de 0,13 à 0.5mm) et est extrêmement facile d’utilisation. Phase Change THERMOSILHEAT, a material with a viscosity that lowers rapidly at 50 to 60°C, is highly effective in very thin films (0.005 to 0.02in / 0.13 to 0.5mm) and extremely easy to implement.
