JEL SmartCon BS

Product catalog summary
Overview
The JEL SmartCon BS is a containment big bag filling system designed for safe and efficient handling of big bags with foil liners, suitable for containment conditions up to OEB 4. The system is highly automated, reducing the risk of operating errors and ensuring a dust-tight filling process.

Operation
The system involves pre-attaching the liner of the big bag to the docking system. The previously filled bag's liner is removed using an endless liner system. The new liner is automatically connected with a pressure plate and pneumatic seals, initiating the filling process. After filling, the liner is tied with cable ties and detached. A control system guides the operator through each step.

Applications
The JEL SmartCon BS is applicable in industries such as chemicals, plastics, pharmaceuticals, and foodstuffs. It supports both big bag filling and emptying processes.
