The AUCOUTURIER AX50 is an X-FOLD wrapping machine designed for medium-speed wrapping (up to 30-35 packs/min) of various products such as rice cakes, wafers, hygienic products, pharmaceuticals, candies, and coffee/tea. It can handle both single and grouped products in flat or stacked positions, with manual or automatic infeed options.
Design and Performance
- Infeed Options: AX50.34 features a perpendicular infeed belt, while AX50.78 uses an inline bar chain or MCC conveyor.
- Product separation and introduction are managed by a pusher.
- Film unwinding is facilitated by mechanical pliers.
- Equipped with a 10’’ touchscreen for easy operation.
- Quick format changeover and low maintenance costs.
- Offers simple or double folds for longitudinal sealing.
