The AUCOUTURIER AF300 is a horizontal flow wrapper designed for wrapping products of various shapes, either individually, stacked, or grouped, at speeds of up to 300 products per minute. It is particularly suitable for fragile items due to its gentle handling.
Design and Performance
The machine features a robust construction ideal for challenging environments, with a 19” touchscreen for instructions display, configuration, and format storage. It includes double lug chains, quick format changeover, low maintenance costs, easy machine control access, and a waste disposal system.
Sealing Solutions
The AF300 offers cross sealing with options for longitudinal ridges (perpendicular to the cut) or cross ridges (parallel to the cut). The sealing is rotary and can be configured with 1, 2, or 3 jaws.

Horizontal flow wrapper Various sealing solutions The AF300 is able to wrap products of various shapes individually, stacked or grouped at a speed of up to 300 products per minute. The Flow Wraping Machine does not put a lot of pressure on products, ideal for fragile items.
