Cartons are picked up from the carton magazine by a rotating one- or two-arm suction system at a rate of 100 resp. 200 cartons/min. depending on the intermittent/continuous machine version SC/SI 5. Cartons positively opened by lever(s) and stationary counter suction cup(s) are transferred to the carton conveyor.
