Development Platform Overview

The iW-RainboW-G20D-QSeven kit features the RZ/G1M QSeven System on Module (SOM) based on Renesas high-performance RZ/G1M Dual ARM Cortex A15 MPU running at 1.5 GHz. The carrier board supports optional 7" capacitive touch display and camera daughter boards for rapid prototyping of applications leveraging the RZ/G1M processor capabilities.

Notes and Limitations

SATA and PCIe interfaces are multiplexed; only one can be active at a time. SATA is enabled by default.
The 7" capacitive display kit and camera daughter boards are optional features and not included in the standard kit.
Camera interfaces are multiplexed between 16-bit camera and 24bpp RGB; 16-bit camera port is supported by default.
