Bluetooth Interface Module Datasheet Bluetooth Interface Module Product Overview Bluetooth Interface Module provides the Bluetooth Communication between CPU Board and any Bluetooth enabled device. This Module can be used to transfer different types of files as well as commands to the CPU Board. The board is based on SPBT2632C2A Bluetooth module. DB9 Connector / 6 Pin Header is provided (as shown in Figure) for interfacing with the CPU Board. As the board is meant for developing the projects at academic level, the board comes with 7 GPIO Pins which can be used for driving external devices (LED, Relay) etc. The board has inbuilt standard DB9 connector for PC Interface. iWave Systems Technologies Pvt Ltd

Open the catalog to page 3Bluetooth Interface Module Datasheet Power Bluetooth Interface board can be powered by below 2 options. 1) External 5V from AC to DC Adapter 2) Deriving 5V directly from CPU Board using external Power cable Power jack (2.5mm) is provided to derive external 5V from AC to DC Adapter. A 4 Pin connector is provided on the board, to derive 5V directly from CPU Board. (These connectors can be used during testing or debugging). Open the catalog to page 4Bluetooth Interface Module Datasheet Communication The board is designed for serial communication between the Bluetooth module and a CPU Board. Standard UART signals are used for transferring the data between board and PC. Two handshaking signals (CTS and RTS) are used for synchronization. The data from any Bluetooth enabled device are transferred to the main CPU Board through this module. Physical Characteristics The length and width of the Bluetooth Add-On module is 65mm X 45mm.
