The modular construction enables to use VIPRO Scan to Inspect Solder Paste and Components. With short image acquisition and analyzing time Vipro Scan is suitable for inline application. A test program is made by CAD-dat a. The corresponding test program is selected by barcode reader or manually. Vipro Scan is based on a high resolution line camera with 8k pixel. Due to extremely bright LED lighting the short image acquisition time is achieved. As an option several LED lightings can be installed to allow multiple scans with different lighting.
