The Microspense AP is a small volume liquid dispensing and metering module designed for precision and repeatability, achieving up to 0.1% CV. It features a dual or single end motor/base/pump with dimensions of 6.9cm x 19.5cm x 10.7cm and 6.9cm x 12.9cm x 10cm respectively. The module offers a displacement range of 0-109µl per stroke with low dead volume and can eject liquid volumes as low as 0.3µl. It supports forward and reverse flow, is self-priming, and has clean-in-place capabilities.

Ceramic Pump Module Features:
The positive displacement piston cylinder design is made from 99.8% alumina oxide or zirconia, available in three sizes: A (0-109µl), 2A (0-54µl), and 3A (0-27µl). The case material is Tefzel, with other materials available on a custom basis. Port connections are ¼ - 28 UNF.2-B or 5/16 – 24 UNF.2-A, and wetted materials include ceramic, electromeric o-ring/sapphire, or Teflon. Teflon end seals are available for CIP applications.
