IVEK Corporation's ElectroSpense pump combines the AP pump head with precision-machined ceramic pumps and a Microspense Integrated Controller. This integration saves space and eliminates the need for traditional cables and separate enclosures. The system requires only a 24 VDC power source and a process signal for installation. It can dispense between 1µL and 109µL with maximum flow rates of 130.8 mL/min. The ceramic piston/cylinder modules are highly durable, resistant to abrasion, and compatible with most acids and bases.

Ceramic Pump Module Features:
The positive displacement piston cylinder design is made from a minimum of 99.5% alumina oxide or zirconia. Available in three sizes: 'A' (0-109µl), '2A' (0-54µl), '3A' (0-27µl). The case material is Tefzel, with other materials available on a custom basis. Port connections are ¼ - 28 UNF.2-B or 5/16 – 24 UNF.2-A. Wetted materials include ceramic, electromeric o-ring/sapphire, or Teflon, with Teflon end seals available for CIP applications.
