Introduction
TRANSSPEED is an economical high-speed rolling door designed for diverse requirements, offering a lighter construction and smaller dimensions compared to other models, with a maximum size of 4000 × 4000 mm.

Technical Features
The door is delivered ready for installation with a stable, self-supporting side construction that houses the complete door mechanics for easy maintenance. The side parts are zinc-coated for durability. An anodised profile at the base of the door includes an electronic safety strip as a standard safety feature. The door curtain is transparent with vertical fabric strips available in orange or blue, with options for colored fabric and clear vision strips.

Drive and Control System
The door operates with a 400 V 50 Hz drive, which can be mounted on either the left or right side. It features a standard opening and closing speed of 80 cm/sec, controlled by a microprocessor system with an LED monitoring system. Various pulse generators can be connected to the system. The self-regulating microprocessor control system includes an integrated opening counter, ensuring minimal wear and tear due to gentle and precise positioning with a frequency converter drive. The system offers different program types, with information displayed on a four-fold seven-segment display. Partial opening is standard, and various function parameters are available without the need for a positional stop switch or electrical reference position.

Options
Additional options include adjustments for clear width and height, as well as the height of the rail box, which is calculated as the clear height plus 200 mm. A belt pulley for the curtain is also available.
