Curtain and Safety Features
Door curtains are available in different materials and colors, with additional wind pressure safety devices for outer doors. The base profile is made of stable aluminium with an electronic safety strip compliant with accident prevention regulations.

Door Types and Dimensions
Three main types of doors are offered: Transrapid K (max width 4500 mm, height 4500 mm), Transrapid M (max width 6000 mm, height 6000 mm), and Transrapid G (max width 7000 mm, height 9000 mm). Larger dimensions are available upon request.

Design and Maintenance
The doors are designed to withstand wind pressures according to DIN 1055.4 and feature a reliable, maintenance-free construction. The absence of torsion springs in the winding shaft simplifies maintenance. The lateral construction includes zinc-coated steel profiles with integrated tension springs and gas-pressure springs for curtain tension.

Winding shaft The winding shaft is designed according to the load diagram for recommended values for vertically rolling doors. In the shaft there are no components relevant to function. Bearing with flange bearing and direct drive. Lateral construction Comprising square-edged zinc-coated steel profiles. Integrated adjustable tension springs for counterweight (safety device).
