VEAM PowerLock Connector locking PowerLock connectors feature a bayonet coupling mechanism with a secondary locking pin. When a pair of connectors are mated and fully turned to engage the bayonet, the spring loaded secondary locking pin on the Drain connectors, snaps into a slot on the Source connector; a special release key is then required to uncouple the connectors. The contacts are fitted with a plastic end cap that prevents accidental finger touching of live parts of the connector and meets IP2X requirements.
