RECYCLING PLANTS FOR FERROUS AND NON-FERROUS METALS ALTERNATING POLE MAGNETIC SEPARATOR ITR is specialized in the development and manufacturing of complete recycling lines and plants for the treatment of ferrous and non-ferrous metal waste; on request it develops and manufactures custome-made machinery and/or projects for new lines or existing plants, offering assembly and start-up services at the customer and on-site continuous assistance and service. The ITR SPA separation system is an independent separation system, equipped with an alternating pole magnetic separator fed by a vibrating table with treads for correct material dosing. The system is managed by a dedicated control panel. It is used for the refining phase in treatment plants of: Electric motors: it ensures perfect cleaning of the ferrous fraction from copper wire for a high quality output product; Harmonic steel from PFU: it allows the cleaning of the ferrous fraction from rubber and textile parts; Non-ferrous metal shavings: they are optimally separated from the ferrous fraction.
