OptiMax units are constructed using a steel moment frame, allowing them to be stacked both horizontally and vertically, similar to Legos. This design enables customization to meet specific space requirements, offering solutions from budget to premium buildings, including terraces and mezzanines.
OptiMax units are cost-effective and durable, allowing for easy layout changes and expansions without significant expenses. They are collapsible, making them easy to store, relocate, and reassemble with minimal equipment.
These units can be stacked up to four stories high and withstand wind speeds of up to 160 mph. They are Type IIB non-combustible and comply with IBC standards. Module sizes range from 8’x20’ to 10’x40’.
OptiMax units are suitable for various environments, including military installations, shipyards, and power plants. They are termite and mold-resistant, making them ideal for sensitive environments. Applications include man camps, offices, training facilities, field hospitals, kitchens, bathrooms, IT/Telco rooms, command centers, and storage.
OptiMax units are designed for easy transport, including airfreight, and can be built in remote locations. IteraSpace collaborates with clients during the design phase to ensure the final product meets all requirements.
