Overview
Inflatable packers, known as Geopack, are used in geotechnical applications for cement injections to stabilize and waterproof foundations, tunnels, and other structures. They are also utilized for Lugeon tests. The packers can be used in two configurations: single packer for pressurizing cement mortar below it, and double packer for independent injection through valves.

Technical Specifications

Geopack Standard: Available in various diameters (Ø 35 to Ø 102) with corresponding hole diameters and maximum pressure ratings ranging from 20 to 85 Bar.
Geopack Special: Includes Ø 30, Ø 130, and Ø 170 models with specific hole diameters and pressure ratings up to 100 Bar.

Usage Guidelines

Holes Characteristics: Suitable for vertical, horizontal, or inclined orientations in solid or semi-solid materials, including natural terrains and construction materials like bricks and concrete.
Cement Characteristics: Use cement, mortar, additives, aggregates, and water. Ensure aggregate sizes do not exceed internal packer passage dimensions.
Packer Dimensions Choice: Refer to the pressure table for selecting appropriate packer sizes.

Pumping Instructions

With Water: Recommended for depths up to 15 meters. Greater depths may complicate packer retrieval due to counterpressure.
With Air or Nitrogen: Use a cylinder with pressure control and a manometer. Adhere to specified working pressures.

Important Note: Any other pumping methods are not recommended and may void the warranty.
