Overview
This document provides technical specifications and features of the Italdibipack Model 420, a packaging machine developed in partnership with Mitsubishi. The machine is designed for ease of use, versatility, and high technology.

Driving Group
The machine is equipped with independent brushless motors for various functions including the in-feed conveyor belt, film pulling wheels, jaws rotation, and a step motor on the exit conveyor.

Product Feeding Group
Features a lugged conveyor with a 160 pitches chain, stainless steel parts in contact with the product, adjustable lateral guides, and a touch screen for adjusting lug positions.

Film Holder Group
Includes a film holder shaft with centering cones, a maximum film width of 420 mm, and a film unwind brake. It is prepared for mounting a printer and a photocell for detecting marks on printed films.

Film-Driving Wheels
Comprises double cold wheels for pulling the film and electronically controlled hot wheels for sealing. Heat welding wheels are aligned parallel to the product's direction.

Jaws Group
Features single transversal jaws with dimensions of 200x28 mm, a sealing width of 14 mm, and a knife dimension of 200x5x20 mm.

Electrical Features
The control panel includes a touch screen for regulating, presetting, and memorizing up to 200 working programs. Controls are ergonomically positioned.

Optional Features
Options include a printer for expiration dates, film spot photo-eye, adjustable conformers, double transversal jaws, zig-zag cutting for easy bag opening, and automatic infeeder among others.

Wrapping Material
The machine can handle various materials such as polypropylene, coextruded, laminated, and coupled films.
