Pickling for brazing BrazeTec EX td en ex rev.2Composition and technical data: Composition (% in weight) Applications It is used to remove flux residues from steel parts Operating conditions During pickling use containers which are resistant to acid and temperatures up to 90 ° C such as rubber-coated steels, Cr-Ni-Mo steels and polypropylene. If heating system is chosen, use Cr-Ni-Mo steels containers. Notes For pickling process: mix product in water, ratio 1:6. Use a maximum temperature of 60°C for 3-10 minutes. For washing and passivation use 1% Flux-Ex solution in water.
